DESCRIPCION
La humanización de servicios del sector salud, considera al ser humano desde un sentido global y holístico, desde su dimensión física, emocional, relacional, espiritual, social e intelectual. Supone de una actitud de servicio hacia afuera y hacia adentro de la organización. Por esto; Es una persona muy servicial en todas partes, con acciones que, aunque parezcan insignificantes, si contribuyen a hacer más ligera y placentera la vida de los demás.
OBEJETIVOS
Que todas las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud, en los procesos de planeación de la atención, deben tener una política con lineamientos de atención humanizada, por tanto es necesario promover la cultura de la humanización de los servicios, el proceso de preparación y certificación del personal, las líneas de intervención con los usuarios y clientes internos, la práctica de los valores y principios humanísticos y desde la alta gerencia propender por el respeto a la dignidad humana, la humanización, la motivación y el reconocimiento de los mismos.
