DESCRIPCION
En este curso se les enseña a los participantes a reconocer y tratar los signos del paro cardio respiratorio que es aún la principal causa de muerte en la población general. Incluye el manejo de ví¬a aérea y ventilación, ritmos desfibrilables (FV) y no desfibrilables (asistolia y actividad eléctrica sin pulso), isquemias y tratamiento de bradiarritmias y taquiarritmias. Un adecuado conocimiento y entrenamiento, y la integración con los demás eslabones de la cadena pueden elevar la supervivencia tras un paro hasta en un 7,6% constituyéndose así en la piedra angular en su tratamiento. El contenido sigue los lineamientos de las guías 2020-2025 de manejo de la AHA e incluye las técnicas actualizadas de reanimación cerebro cardio pulmonar de alta calidad
OBEJETIVOS
El participante al terminar el programa estará en la capacidad de : *Reconocer los signos y diferentes causas del paro cardiaco y paro respiratorio. *]Identificación de arritmias potencialmente fatales y enfoque terapéutico. *Manejo de síndrome coronario agudo. *Manejo invasivo de la vía aérea y de los aditamentos para lograr una adecuada ventilación. *Familiarización con equipos hospitalarios para el manejo del paro cardiorrespiratorio (DEA, desfibriladores convencionales, marcapasos transcutáneo).
